📌 In brief

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to join our teams in Zurich.

🎯Your job

• Business development in your perimeter and management of your client portfolio.
• Managing one or more junior/senior business engineers.
• Participating in the client referencing process.
• Selling lump sum projects and service centres: identifying, qualifying opportunities, responding to tenders and preparing sales proposals.
• The acquisition of new clients
• The participation in the recruitment of consultants
• The supervision of consultants in the field.

💼 Your profile

• You have a degree from an engineering, business or university school and have at least 6 months of sales experience.
• You have gained your first successful experience in management.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of service and quality.
• You enjoy working in a team and feel comfortable working and communicating in English.
• Good knowledge of the Zurich market.
• You are fluent in English and German
